Course Content

Barbell Foundations & Mobility
Learn the essential barbell mechanics and mobility work to prepare your body for Olympic lifts. We’ll build proper grip, stance, posture, and introduce you to pulling and overhead mechanics with control and confidence.

Snatch Technique & Explosiveness
Focus on mastering the snatch through progressive drills and complexes. This week develops timing, speed, and overhead stability — with full technical breakdowns and mobility work for wrists, shoulders, and hips.

Clean & Jerk Development
Build powerful cleans and stable jerks with detailed instruction and technique-specific strength training. Includes front rack mobility, jerk footwork, and core drills for posture and injury prevention.

Peak Week & Performance Evaluation
Apply everything you’ve learned in high-quality full lifts. You’ll record your best Snatch and Clean & Jerk with coach feedback, plus active recovery, assessment, and a plan for your next phase of progress.
