Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and policies. Your deposit and card on file are held to these policies. No exceptions will be made.
1. Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment if changed at least 72 hours prior to the original appointment.
- Any rescheduling after the first transfer will require a new deposit.
- Appointments are locked in after the 72-hour window.
2. Appointment Changes
- You may reschedule or edit appointments up to 72 hours before your scheduled time.
- To cancel or reschedule, text 954-670-4437. If a suitable time is available, it will be offered. If not, you may carry over your lesson to the next month.
3. Appointment Editing
- Make sure to book the correct service. If unsure, text for a consultation beforehand.
- Changes to services on the day of appointment are not allowed. You will be charged for the originally booked service, regardless of changes.
Examples:
• If you booked “Signature Styling + Tint” but opt out of the tint at the appointment, you will still be charged for the full original service.
• If you’re not a candidate for a service (e.g., Mini Micro), you will still be charged.
- To avoid fees, edit or contact the artist at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Tardiness & No-Shows
- Appointments start on time. Time for tardiness is not accommodated.
- Do not book if you’re unsure you can be on time. Check the schedule for a better fit.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full remaining service fee, which is non-transferable.
- If you are late, notify us immediately. Based on the schedule, we may:
• Still complete the full service
• Offer a reduced service for the time remaining
• Consider you a no-show if no service can be provided
In all cases, you will still be charged for the originally booked service. Payments and deposits do not transfer to future appointments.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
- No same-day rescheduling is allowed—this will also be treated as a cancellation.
- This includes cancellations made after studio hours, even if the appointment is the next day.
Example:
If your appointment is at 1:00 PM tomorrow and you cancel at 6:30 PM today (after studio hours), it is considered a same-day cancellation and will be charged accordingly.
6. Notifications & Reminders
- Reminder notifications are sent via email and text to help manage your appointment and avoid fees.
7. Payment Issues
- Card declines and chargebacks are taken seriously.
- If your card declines, you will be asked to provide another payment method.
- Payment must be received before studio hours end on the day of service.
- Unresolved payment issues may result in legal action.
- We retain records of all policy agreements to address any disputes.
8. Booking for Others
- If you book for someone else, you are equally responsible for their appointment and compliance with these policies.
- Please include their phone number and email so they can receive appointment details and this policy.
9. Allergies & Sensitivities
- If you have sensitive skin, known allergies, or past reactions, you must communicate this via text before your appointment.
- Patch testing is available for any service upon request.
10. Acknowledgment
By booking this appointment:
• I acknowledge I have read, understand, and agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
• I accept that my deposit is non-refundable.
• I understand that any infringement of policy will result in the remaining service fee being charged to my card on file.
• I understand that all services are non-refundable, and no one is exempt from policy.
